Fast foods such as hot dogs,french fries,hamburgers, baked bread e.t.c are overprocessed and overcooked foods that has been stripped off necessary nutrients and essential enzymes that is needed for biological activity in our body.Dr Weston Price’s research around the world showed that when refined,processed,cooked foods were introduced into various cultures,the people’s health deteriorate rapidly.
Sugar derived from simple sugars,carbohydrate as well as various other hidden sugars in processed foods causes more ESTROGEN in the body by increasing insulin levels in the body which then decrease the levels of hormone that binds free estrogen called sex hormone binding globulin.When the body has less of this estrogen binding hormone ;it means that there will be more of the fibroid loving estrogen in the blood’s stream which fights sickness or disease.

Consuming much of diary products can lead to allergy which has been linked to many infections. Although we need calcium in our body but when milk is pasteurized ,the calcium becomes inorganic which is less assimilated by the body.Some researches shows that there might be a connection between diary products and fibroid growth.So, less diary products needs to be consumed.Alternative plant products such as soy,nuts need to be considered.
